本人2015 年9月確診為非小型肺癌,同年十一月開始服食Tarceva 至今。今年六月份照了CT Scan report 如下: Findings : There is a high density lesion seen in the anterior medial aspect of the right middle lobe abutting the mediastinal pleural reflection measuring approx 2.8 x 1.8 cm in size. Some attenuation thickening of the anterior pleural margin in this region is also present. Findings may represent post therapeutic changes in the history of lung cancer. Minimal pleural plaque is seen along the major fissure and minor fissure on the right side. CEA指數只供參考, 不可單靠數字去診斷癌症或病情有否惡化,有些肺癌患者的CEA指數是不高的。
報告中並沒有指出這2.8 X 1.8 CM的影像是新的還是舊有的。
