本人母親65歲，因咳嗽及右側胸痛照了胸肺Xray，內容如下： [15 mm dense nodular appearance of right inferior hilum could represent composite vascular shadow but underlying hilar lymphadenopathy has to be excluded. Left hilum appears unremarkable. Rest of both lungs are essentially clear with no active consolidation or collapse. No obcious pneumotherorax detected. The costophrenic angles are sharp. The trachea is normal in caliber. Normal heart size Mediastinum counter is unremarkable. No overt lytic bone lesion. Contrast CT thorax is recommended to exclude genuine right hilar lymphadenopathy.] 普通科醫生說是淋巴血管漲大，不需理會但請問情況是真的如他所言? 還是應該選擇LDCT 還是pet scan作進一步檢查？十分感謝百忙抽空的解答
