許多人喜歡在臉書曬閃照、吃喝玩樂照，看似好快樂，但也有人記錄自己生病歷程提醒網友健康才是最重要。來自澳洲布里斯本34歲的莉莎，三年前被診斷出罹患胃癌，於是決定開設臉書粉絲專頁，記錄與病魔對抗的過程。7日她用盡最後氣力拍下影片，感謝網友們陪她對抗病痛，並希望大家一定要好好活著，11日她不幸去世，而這段影片也網友體認到「能健康活著是件幸福事」。
據《每日郵報》報導，莉莎（Lisa Magill）在三年前被診斷出罹患胃癌，並須立即進行化療，於是她決定鼓勵可能跟她一樣患病的人，在臉書開設「Terminally Fabulous」頁面，記錄下她抗癌的過程，她經歷了5次大手術以及不同的化療，化療的副作用嘔吐、疼痛、掉髮都讓她相當難以忍受，她曾說，得癌症很痛，感覺肚子長了30個以上的腫瘤，痛的整晚睡不著。
在臉書有許多莉莎未生病前的照片，可看的出她是個個性活潑的女性，臉書有一張其母發佈的照片，照片中莉莎的媽媽疼惜的抱著患病後睡著的莉莎。她的發文寫著「抱著寶貝女兒入睡是她目前最大的願望。」她表示，由於化療讓女兒全身都感到痛楚，就算是輕微的皮膚接觸也會讓她痛不欲生。
她表示，她希望能夠這樣一直抱著女兒入睡，直到永遠「雖然知道女兒因生病而痛苦不堪，但自私的我希望女兒能活下去」。不過心知已癌末的女兒可能不久於人世 ，她也只能告訴自己，女兒是一位很棒的天使，所以上帝才等不及想帶領她到更好的地方。
7日她在家人的協助下錄下最後一支影片，看起來非常虛弱的她，氣若游絲的勉強對網友言謝，「我的狀況很不好，現在跟你們說話的同時也很痛苦」，胸部、胃、骨盆每個部位都非常的痛，甚至已無法下床，並表示這可能會是她最後一支影片，「但我想告訴大家，我很愛你們，是你們給我堅持下去的勇氣，所以大家一定要好好活著。」
不幸的是在11日，她的母親於臉書發文，表示莉莎已經在睡夢中裝上翅膀成為天使了，「她平靜地離開了，但這也讓我心碎，她是世界上最棒的人，我非常高興她曾出現在生命中」。
這段影片至今已經超過36萬次觀看，網友紛紛留言「莉莎啟發了我的人生，你有一個很棒的女兒」、「能夠健康的活著真的很幸福」。
