 如何減低鉛的吸收?

 

 

鐵質和鈣質的不足會增加鉛的吸收,建議從均衡飲食去攝取足夠的鈣和鐵。除非有缺乏鐵或鈣的情況,否則補充劑是未必需要的,並不是越多越好。
鈣質的食物來源包括牛奶、芝士、乳酪、高鈣豆漿和豆腐。鐵質的食物來源包括紅肉、家禽、海鮮、蛋黃、豆類、菠菜和提子乾。

How to reduce the absorption of lead? 
Deficiencies of iron and calcium are associated with increased lead absorption. A balanced diet with adequate intake of calcium and iron is recommended. Iron or calcium supplementation may not be necessary unless there is deficiency. 
Food sources of calcium include milk, cheese, yogurt, calcium fortified soy milk and tofu. Food sources of iron include red meat, poultry, seafood, egg yolk, beans, spinach and raisin.
