抱石運動從來都係一個新興運動，好似跟乳癌患者完全牛馬不相及！原來抱石運動需要全身力量，尤其需要手臂和肩膀的力量。其目的是幫助患有淋巴水腫的乳癌倖存者逐步恢復肌肉力量和關節活動度，從而減輕不適感。
本計畫是一項團體活動，希望姐妹們能一起挑戰一下恐懼感，嘗試享受抱石的樂趣，在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中忘卻癌症帶來的心理負擔，重拾自信。

International Women’s Day Bouldering for Breast Cancer Survivors
🌟 Empowering Women Through Bouldering 🌟
We are excited to announce an upcoming bouldering session focused on breast cancer survivors! Our dedicated professional team includes:
Physiotherapists to help manage lymphoedema, reduce swelling, and improve mobility for those facing post-surgery side effects.
Bouldering Coaches who will guide participants step by step, ensuring safety and confidence.
Chinese Medicine Professionals to provide valuable insights and advice.
Bouldering has always been considered an emerging sport, seemingly completely unrelated to breast cancer patients! However, bouldering requires full-body strength, particularly in the arms and shoulders. Its purpose is to help breast cancer survivors with lymphedema gradually restore muscle strength and joint mobility, thereby alleviating discomfort.
This program is a group activity, hoping that our sisters can challenge their fears together, try to enjoy the fun of bouldering, and, in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, forget the psychological burden brought by cancer and regain their confidence.
