黃韻婷博士是一位香港註册中醫師,2021年開始私人執業。她目前擔任希愈客席註册中醫顧問,同時兼任中文大學賽馬會公共衛生學院及基層醫學學院客座副教授、中文大學中西醫結合醫學研究所客席副教授、香港大學李嘉誠醫學院家庭醫學基層醫療學系榮譽副教授、北京中醫藥大學國家中醫體質治未病研究榮譽教授、香港理工大學理學院食品科學及營養學系名譽學人、仁濟醫院–香港浸會大學中醫診所暨教研中心(葵青區)高級中醫師、溢晞醫務中心醫療總監及癌症資訊網慈善基金榮譽顧問。黃韵婷博士于2004年獲得香港浸會大學中醫學士及生物醫學理學士(榮譽)雙學位,隨後在香港大學李嘉誠醫院家庭醫學及基層醫療學系獲得博士(哲學)學位和博士後資格。黃博士更為陳炳忠教授中醫腫瘤學傳承工作室弟子。黃博士的研究領域包括中醫在基層醫療中的效果、中醫/針灸的臨床研究方法學、中醫生存質量或體質量表的制定和編制、中醫基層醫療流行病學研究、中醫癌症的生存回顧性研究以及中醫治療的成本效益研究等。她致力于培訓中醫和西醫的臨床研究基礎,以提高循證醫學的水平,使病人受益于科研成果。除了專注于中醫藥在婦科和癌症臨床應用方面,黃博士還參與並主持了多個香港政府和醫管局的臨床研究基金項目。她的研究成果曾發表在國際科學期刊上,如Scientific Reports、PLos、Family Practice、Quality of Life Research、Complementary Therapies in Medicine和Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine。
Dr. Wong is a Hong Kong registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner possesses ample experience in primary care evaluation research – enhancing front-line primary physician (i.e. both Western Medicine doctors and Chinese Medicine practitioners) in acquiring knowledge for effective doctor-patient communication and evaluating quality of care with validated patients-reported outcomes.
She is currently in private practice but also an Adjunct Associate Professor at both Hong Kong’s Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care and the Hong Kong Institute of Integrative Medicine at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Honorary Associate Professor at The University of Hong Kong’s Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care. She is also an Honorary Professor at the National Research Center of TCM Constitution and Preventive Medicine at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and an Honorary Fellow at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Additionally, she is a Senior Chinese Medicine Practitioner at the Yan Chai Hospital – Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese Medicine Clinic (Kwai Tsing), a Visiting Registered Chinese Medicine Consultant at HEAL Medical, the Medical Director at Yat Hei Medical Centre, and an Honorary Consultant for the Cancerinformation.com.hk Charity Foundation.
She learnt from Lineage Studio of Traditional Chinese Medicine Oncology of Prof. Chen BingZhong. She was a Post-doctoral fellow of the Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care, the University of Hong Kong which expertise in validation of patients’ reported outcomes (i.e. Chinese Quality of Life instrument and body constitution instruments), randomized controlled trial of acupuncture or Chinese herbal medicine, systematic review and morbidity pattern survey of Chinese Medicine. Prof. Wong graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University majoring in Biomedical Science and Chinese Medicine in 2004. After her graduation, she pursued another Doctor of Philosophy in Department of Family Medicine and Primary Care of the University of Hong Kong focused on the effectiveness of Chinese Medicine in primary care setting. She was the grant holders and co-investigator of Hong Kong primary care projects that covered a broad spectrum of diseases management and has published results of her research studies in international peer-review journal including the Scientific Reports, PLos, Family Practice, Quality of Life Research, Complementary Therapies in Medicine and Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine.
